HOW IT WORKS​



1. Who are you?

This first step is critical to our process. It's where we learn about your family, your child's needs, your wants as a parent. We begin the exploration process of matching the school to your child.

2. What are your options?

​

This second step is where we review a list of schools. We discuss the various factors of each option to determine which schools are worth visiting.​

3. When can we meet?

​

The third step is to visit two to three schools. Here you will meet with the principal and/or guidance counselor. They will expand on how the school caters to Olim and what they can offer your child.

4. How do you sign up?

​

Once decided, the fourth step is to assist you through the registration process. This step includes paperwork and initial contact with homeroom teachers. Depending on the needs of the child, this step may also include determining eligibility for additional services such as one-on-one instruction, Olim hours, and special education. If the child is awarded a committee hearing to determine eligibility for these services (a va'ada), the service also includes guidance as to how to prepare for the va'ada.

5. What now?

​

Unique to our service, this fifth step provides quarterly checkins for a year after placement. Checkins are an opportunity to ask questions and receive more guidance after the placement process.
